6T Alignment Scissor Lifts: Main Capacity vs Secondary Jack Capacity
Use EH-600 and EH-600C specifications to distinguish main-platform capacity, secondary lifting limits and optional equipment before ordering an alignment lift.

A 6T main lift does not establish the secondary lifting capacity
Both EHRLE EH-600 and EH-600C list a 6,000 kg main lifting capacity. Their secondary lifting arrangements are different: the EH-600 lists a 4,000 kg secondary jack, while the EH-600C offers an optional 3,000 kg secondary lifting trolley. The main rating does not transfer to the secondary mechanism, and the two ratings must not be added together.
For a workshop quotation, distinguish work with the vehicle supported on the runways from work requiring secondary lifting. Ask the supplier to confirm the actual load and support arrangement permitted for each mechanism and the vehicle being serviced. A single headline tonnage cannot answer both questions.
EH-600: specify the secondary lifting scope explicitly
The EH-600 product record lists 6,000 kg main capacity, 4,000 kg secondary jack capacity, 2,080 mm main lifting height and 425 mm secondary lifting height. Its platforms are 5,000 mm long and 670 mm wide, with 900 mm platform spacing and 330 mm minimum height.
Put the secondary mechanism, support arrangement and supplied accessories on the quotation as explicit items. The published specification does not establish a universal package of turnplates, slip plates or alignment-machine accessories. Confirm the required configuration instead of treating every item shown in a scene image as included.
EH-600C: distinguish the base lift from the optional trolley
The EH-600C also lists 6,000 kg main capacity, but its secondary trolley is optional and rated at 3,000 kg, with a listed lifting height of 436 mm. Do not apply the EH-600 secondary rating of 4,000 kg to the EH-600C. An SUV support frame is also listed as an option; its inclusion must follow the quotation.
The EH-600C lists 1,815 mm main lifting height, 206 mm minimum height, 5,000 × 700 mm runways and 940 mm platform spacing. Its 6,020 mm base length describes the equipment footprint, not a complete recommended bay length. Vehicle approach, controls, passageways and working access need separate space in the layout.
Match the service task before comparing prices
If the intended work uses runway support, evaluate main capacity, vehicle tire positions and the selected alignment equipment together. If the workshop also needs wheel-free access for compatible tire or suspension work, include the appropriate secondary mechanism in the specification. Its load rating and support-point compatibility must be checked independently.
For example, two quotations headed “6T alignment scissor lift” may cover different secondary equipment. One may include the requested arrangement, while another may quote only the main lift. Ask for an itemized scope before treating the quotations as equivalent. This is a scope comparison, not a claim about any supplier’s price.
Do not turn runway length into an approved wheelbase range
Both models list 5,000 mm platform length, but that is not a declared 5,000 mm vehicle wheelbase limit. Usable tire positions, turnplate and slip-plate locations, approach geometry and the selected alignment equipment must be checked for the actual vehicles. The current records do not establish a universal approved wheelbase range.
Request a drawing that identifies the usable support positions and the exact measuring-equipment arrangement. Supply representative vehicle details rather than asking only whether the lift handles a broad category such as SUVs or vans.
Resolve installation and supply choices before placing the order
The EH-600C lists surface-mounted and recessed arrangements. Use the drawing for the selected arrangement when reviewing approach, floor suitability and service routing; a low minimum height alone does not establish suitability for every low vehicle. For the EH-600, the current record requires confirmation of the floor or pit layout and does not establish one mandatory installation type.
Both models list 3 kW motor power, but motor power is not a supply specification. The EH-600C lists alternative 220/380 V three-phase or 110/220 V single-phase configurations with 50/60 Hz options. Select one matching configuration. Confirm voltage, phase and frequency separately for the EH-600. Obtain the applicable foundation, anchoring and operating documents for professional site assessment rather than borrowing installation values from another model.
A quotation checklist for an alignment bay
Ask the quotation to identify:
1. Exact lift model and main-platform rating.
2. Secondary mechanism, separate rating and whether it is included or optional.
3. Support accessories and vehicle compatibility to be confirmed.
4. Turnplates, slip plates and compatibility with the selected alignment equipment.
5. The layout drawing, usable vehicle range and surface or recessed configuration where applicable.
6. Supply voltage, phase, frequency and the matching power unit.
7. Model-specific installation and operating documents, plus applicable certification documents if required.
Send EHRLE the intended service tasks, representative vehicles, workshop layout, supply details and destination. These details provide a clearer basis for equipment selection than capacity alone.
FAQ: Can I add the main and secondary ratings?
No. The EH-600 main and secondary ratings are 6,000 kg and 4,000 kg respectively; the EH-600C main rating is 6,000 kg and its optional trolley rating is 3,000 kg. These are separate limits, not components of a larger total rating.
FAQ: Is the EH-600C secondary trolley automatically included?
No. The current product record identifies it as optional. Request it explicitly and have its capacity, support arrangement and supplied accessories confirmed in the order.
FAQ: Can I add the main and secondary lifting heights?
Do not present the arithmetic sum as an approved working height. The values describe separate mechanisms. Confirm permitted combinations, operating sequence and usable working height in the documents supplied for the selected configuration.
