Vehicle Lift Spare Parts: Identify the Machine Before Requesting a Replacement
Prepare a reviewable BH-34T or BH-900 parts enquiry with actual machine identification, configuration, component photos and supplier-confirmed compatibility.

Order from an identified machine and component
A useful lift-parts enquiry identifies the installed equipment before asking for a replacement. A model name, a close-up photograph or an electrical voltage alone may leave the supplier unable to confirm the correct part. Combine the machine identity, component information and configuration documents in one request.
This guide uses BH-34T mobile columns and the BH-900 motorcycle table as examples of different equipment identities. It does not publish a spare-parts catalogue, diagnose a fault or promise that a replacement is available.
Build an identification pack before requesting a quotation
The Automotive Lift Institute’s technical-assistance guidance asks for the manufacturer, model and serial number, an identification-plate photograph and pictures of the lift and area of concern. It recommends contacting the manufacturer first. This is a practical model for organizing an enquiry; it does not establish that an EHRLE product carries ALI certification.

Photograph the actual machine’s readable identification rather than a product-page image. If a number or label is missing, mark it unknown and ask the supplier how to proceed. Do not invent a serial number or select a part using the nearest-looking catalogue model.
BH-34T: identify the affected column and the system configuration
The BH-34T record lists a standard four-column set, 8,500 kg capacity per column, rechargeable 24 V operation, AC 220 V charging and wireless communication. Six- and eight-column arrangements are listed options requiring approval for the vehicle and control configuration.
For a service enquiry, identify the affected column within the actual set and provide its readable labels together with the set configuration. If the issue concerns a charger or control component, include its own identification where accessible without dismantling. The shared 24 V description does not identify a battery, charger, controller or an interchangeable replacement. The current product record supplies no such part numbers or compatibility list.
BH-900: distinguish the motorcycle table from other versions
The BH-900 record covers a narrow 900 kg motorcycle table with a front wheel chock and loading ramp, a 2.2 kW motor and an ordered 220 V or 380 V supply. A widened 1,300 kg tricycle version is explicitly outside that specification.
Identify the actual table and ordered electrical configuration when requesting parts. Do not use a similarly branded tricycle table or another lift with a 2.2 kW motor as evidence of component compatibility. If the relevant part has a readable label or drawing reference, provide it; otherwise request identification from the supplier using the machine records and photos.
Describe the symptom separately from the requested part
Give a short account of what was observed, when it was observed and which component or location is involved. Include existing service findings and any relevant messages exactly as recorded. Make clear whether the requested part was identified by qualified service personnel or is only a suspected cause.
A supplier’s ability to identify a photographed component does not, by itself, prove that replacing it resolves the fault. Ask what additional assessment is needed. This enquiry should not require operating a faulty lift, removing a cover, disconnecting a line or attempting an adjustment to obtain information. Arrange qualified assistance for inspection or work beyond accessible identification.
Ask for written compatibility, not a visual match
ALI’s replacement-parts FAQ points to parts approved by the original equipment manufacturer or meeting its specifications. It also explains that ALI does not evaluate OEM parts against substitutes claimed to be equivalent. A seller’s general claim therefore is not an independent equivalence finding.

Request the proposed part identification, the machines/configurations it covers and the basis for that confirmation. If a substitute is proposed, have the responsible supplier or qualified service provider resolve its suitability against the actual equipment requirements. Do not treat appearance, mounting resemblance or a matching voltage as the complete approval.
A parts-enquiry checklist for buyers and distributors
Prepare:
1. Actual manufacturer, model and readable machine/serial identification.
2. Overall equipment photo, identification-plate photo and accessible component/location photos.
3. Ordered configuration, relevant component labels and available parts-drawing references.
4. A factual symptom description and existing qualified service findings.
5. Requested quantity and destination, with missing information clearly marked.
Ask the quotation to identify the proposed part, confirmed compatibility, supplied scope and applicable installation/service documentation. Confirm price, availability and delivery separately after identification; the current product records do not establish those commercial terms. Retain the supplier’s confirmation with the equipment service record.
Contact EHRLE with this identification pack for a BH-34T or BH-900 parts enquiry. Keeping the installed-machine evidence together makes the request reviewable without assuming that different lifts or versions use the same components.
FAQ: Is the lift model alone enough to order a part?
It is a starting identifier. Provide the actual machine identification, configuration and relevant component/drawing information so the supplier can state what the proposed part fits. Mark unavailable information as unknown.
FAQ: Does 24 V identify the BH-34T replacement charger?
No. The record distinguishes 24 V operation from AC 220 V charging but supplies no charger part number or complete charger specification. Use the actual charger and machine identification for supplier confirmation.
FAQ: Can a product scene image prove which parts are fitted?
No. An illustration is not an installed-machine record or parts diagram. Use actual accessible labels, photos and supplier-approved documentation, with qualified inspection where needed.
