BH-34T equipment overview
A truck's total weight is only part of selecting a mobile-column system. The BH-34T standard set contains four columns rated at 8,500 kg each, with 34,000 kg combined capacity. Actual wheel loads must remain within the individual column limits. The model is therefore specified around axle arrangement, tire dimensions and the approved lifting configuration for the fleet being serviced.
The hydraulic columns reach 1,750 mm and use wireless communication with rechargeable 24 V operation. Transport wheels and a trolley handle allow unloaded columns to be positioned around the bay. Six-column and eight-column arrangements are also listed, but their suitability must be established for the vehicle; adding columns alone does not define an approved lifting arrangement.
Wheel-engaging support
Adjustable wheel forks cover a listed tire-diameter range of 480–1,270 mm. Tire width, wheel geometry and correct fork engagement also form part of vehicle matching.
Rechargeable operation and unloaded movement
The system lists 24 V operation, AC 220 V charging and wireless communication. Integrated transport wheels and a trolley handle are for repositioning unloaded columns.
Truck, coach and bus maintenance
Use the system for under-vehicle inspection and service where the fleet's wheel loads and tire arrangement match the approved column configuration. Total vehicle mass alone is insufficient.
Fleet bays needing movable lifting positions
Unloaded columns can be moved to suit the vehicle's wheel positions. The supporting floor still needs suitable levelness and bearing capacity for the concentrated column loads.

Questions about BH-34T
Does BH-34T mean that one column can lift 34 tonnes?
No. One column is rated at 8,500 kg. The 34,000 kg figure is the combined rating of the standard four-column set. Every individual support load must remain within its column's limit.
Will six or eight BH-34T columns suit any multi-axle vehicle?
Those arrangements are listed options, but they require vehicle-specific approval. Supply axle positions, wheel loads and tire details so column placement and the operating configuration can be specified.
Can the vehicle's wheels be removed while it is held by the BH-34T forks?
The forks carry the vehicle through its tires. Wheel removal requires an approved alternative support and unloading procedure; the standard wheel-engaging arrangement does not provide wheels-free access.
Can mobile columns be moved while carrying a raised vehicle?
The transport wheels and trolley handle are provided for moving unloaded columns. Do not move loaded columns. Position the system on the approved floor and follow the supplied operating and locking procedure.
