H4-9A / H4-12A equipment overview
Choose between these four-post models by vehicle dimensions and bay space as well as capacity. The H4-9A pairs a 4,000 kg rating with 500 mm-wide runways, while the H4-12A pairs 6,000 kg with wider 650 mm runways. Their runway lengths are 4,600 mm and 5,700 mm respectively, excluding the approach ramps, so the complete installation needs a larger footprint.
Both models use a 2.2 kW hydraulic power unit, steel-cable and pulley lifting transmission, mechanical locking and single-point manual release. Adjustable turntable positions and rear slip plates support alignment work. Specify the measurement equipment and any optional rolling jack separately; the four-post platform supports the vehicle, while secondary lifting requires its own approved load rating and support arrangement.
Shared lifting mechanism
Both list 1,800 mm lifting height and 2.2 kW motor power. The design uses an under-mounted single cylinder, steel cables and pulleys, mechanical locking and single-point manual release.
Alignment with optional secondary lifting
The design includes adjustable turntable positions and rear slip plates. A rolling jack is optional; its capacity, adapters and supplied quantity belong in the order specification.
Passenger-car and light-commercial alignment
Select the model whose capacity, runway length and runway width match the intended vehicles and alignment-system layout. The larger H4-12A is not a universal fit for every vehicle below six tonnes.
Underbody service with a drive-on platform
The runways support suitable inspection and service work. Add the appropriate optional rolling jack where wheel-free work is required, using its own rated load and approved lifting points.

How much larger is the H4-12A equipment footprint?
H4-9A lists 5,300 mm total length and 3,160 mm total width. H4-12A lists 6,500 mm total length and 3,467 mm total width. Allow vehicle approach and working space beyond these dimensions for either model.
Do the H4 runway lengths include the approach ramps?
No. The 4,600 mm H4-9A and 5,700 mm H4-12A runway lengths exclude ramps. Their listed total lengths are 5,300 mm and 6,500 mm respectively, so use the full model drawing for floor planning.
Does an H4-12A rolling jack also have a 6T rating?
The 6,000 kg rating belongs to the complete H4-12A lift. The rolling jack is optional and its capacity must be specified separately, along with adapters, lifting range and supplied quantity.
Are H4-9A and H4-12A supplied with the same electrical arrangement?
